Typical episode structure (~30 minutes)
Default run of show (from Episodes 2 and 4). Flex order on heavy weeks; use an
off-format flag if the conversation needs room.
- Open: One-word or phrase theme (set live in the first minute, or pre-picked).
- Accountability: Last episode commitments — kept / missed / partial, one sentence each.
- Prompts: "What did you learn last week?" and "What is your goal this week?"
- Main: One primary thread; anchor: "What changed your mind this week?"
- Content diet: "What did you consume that changed how you think?" (timeboxed).
- Close: One commitment each; publish decision (ship full / clip / shelve); confirm next recording.
